Studio Policies

While I do empathize with emergencies and sickness, these events still have to result in loss of deposit as they are the most common reason cited for last minute cancellations. The purpose of a deposit is to secure your appointment, and to compensate me for my time in the event of a cancellation / missed appointment.

DEPOSIT: A $70 non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment. If following the rescheduling policy your deposit will transfer when you move your appointment.

Deposits are not refunded for cancellations, reschedules within 48-hours of your appointment, or a missed appointment due to no-show.

RESCHEDULE: You may reschedule yourself online via the link in your e-mail up to 48 hrs before your appointment. The system won’t let you reschedule once outside the rescheduling period. Any time after that is considered a cancellation and you will need to put down another deposit for a new appointment.

SICK: If you are sick or suspect you may be sick please reschedule your appointment. If you have a cough or sneezes please wear a mask, I have masks available for both of us in studio. Rescheduling day of or within the 48 hours prior to your appointment will result in loss of deposit. If I am sick I will notify you as soon as possible to reschedule.

LATE: Please notify me if you are running late so we can work something out, after 15 minutes with no notification your appointment will have to be cancelled and rescheduled with a new deposit put down.

NO-SHOW: A no-show is not showing up to your appointment without notifying me. This can result in loss of booking privileges. Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

PAYMENT METHOD: I accept cash, zelle, & card.

CHILDREN, PETS, & EXTRA GUESTS: If you are bringing any children to the salon please make sure they will be okay for the duration of your appointment on their own. Pets are not currently allowed in the salon, & we have a couch area with a tv for any extra guests :)

TIME CONSTRAINT: If you have a time constraint please let me know before we begin so I can try my best to stay within your time frame or make adjustments as needed. The average appointment time is 2.5 hours.

REPAIRS: I offer complimentary repairs up to 3 days after your last appointment, please notify me within 3 days of your service and we find a space to book a repair! If you need a repair 3 days past your last service please contact me and we can see what is available. See menu of services for pricing.

REFUNDS: I do not offer refunds on services already rendered. Please contact me if you have any concerns about your nails and we can discuss options to come to a resolution.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE: I have the right to refuse service at any time for any reason.
